Special Conditions:

HVAC Equipment – All individuals attempting to sell central HVAC equipment must have:

Valid State of Texas HVAC technician certification.

Or a receipt showing replacement of a unit.

Requirements for selling a vehicle:

Must have a clean title.
Fuel tank must be REMOVED from the frame of a vehicle and drained.
All fluids must be drained.

We require a clean title for all titled vehicles and trailers. This includes all motorcycles, atvs, homemade trailers, etc.
